It's raining Webgrounds!!

So I expected to get three or four background vocals sent to me. Six seemed like too much to dream. I've received over fifty now and they keep coming in. As much as I'd love to use more of them, I think it sounds pretty killer at this point, so if you wanted to do it yet and haven't gotten to it... Wait. This was too good to do only once. I'll catch you on the next time.

I've got five new tunes now and I'm going to try to record "New Beginning" tomorrow and then start on compiling some of the photos that were sent in with lyrics for the "artwork".

I had a good lunch with Cason today, nice time to catch up and hear all about Ron Paul. We spent a few minutes at Guitar Center and I played a couple great rosewood fingerboard Strats. I need one. It will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine.

I've been reading The Godfather, the original book, and it's rocking my contacts out. It's harsh and brutal and amazing and it reads like a Harry Potter novel. Next up is In Retrospect, a look back at Vietnam by Robert McNamara, who was the Secretary of Defense for the bulk of it. I can't wait.

All right, to bed for me. Thanks to ALL of you who took the time to record and send me your vocals. I can't wait for you to hear it. And thanks to everybody who left comments, with me or against me, on yesterday's post about legacy. I love how I learn from what you say about what I say. I'm grateful for you all.
